How to Test:
For testing your E911 (Enhanced 911) number, we strongly recommend calling our E911 Data Base Verification Service by calling 922 which will verify your Caller ID number and the address that would be used in case of a real emergency call
In the rare case that you wish to speak to a live emergency operator to verify the information that the operator receives, please use the script below. Please note that some localities require you to schedule 911 test calls in advance and will charge penalties otherwise. You should check with your local authorities before placing any unscheduled 911 test calls. Do not call during the busy hour of lunch or between 4:00-6:00pm. Try to call during off hours such at 6:00am.
Testing Script:
Remember that in many cases the caller-ID number can be different from the number you know, this is normal in the case of telephone systems with multiple extensions. Consult us before calling to guide you.
